I had the opportunity to work with Jason from J.Harned Plumbing when he was the plumbing contractor utilized by the company we hired to work on a basement project. We had a second sump pump installed and a new pump installed in our existing crock. We also had a new exterior pipe installed leading from the house to where it drains to the ditch. Both my husband and I were very impressed with Jason�s demeanor, knowledge and expertise throughout the entire plumbing project. He was very customer service oriented, responsive to his customer�s needs relating to what he was doing and answering all of our questions. Since then, we have had Jason do some additional plumbing projects for us. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing projects.

We were one of those families that like many others in the area lost our basement in the Milwaukee, July 2010 flooding. In the moment, we were unsure how everything would work out, but we knew we needed to rebuild and we knew we did not want water in our basement ever again. We contacted Jason to help us with plumbing needs and he was quickly able to come to the rescue. Jason expertly assessed the situation and made some suggestions on proactively moving our basement drain to avoid future flooding. He also suggested and planned out a way for us to improve our current space with the addition of a shower stall into what was a � bath. After we hired Jason for the job, he pulled all the necessary permits and began working immediately. He worked with our construction contractor and coordinated timing for all that needed to be done. Jason was efficient, thorough and clean throughout the entire job. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was complete and working properly with all the bathroom fixtures and the new basement drain. We really appreciated his positive attitude, expert plumbing skills, and quick delivery all at a fair price.
